Nestled within the property’s orange grove and completely open-air, the gym is set up for strength, bodyweight, and functional training.
For strength training, there is a rack with J-hooks and height-adjustable safety bars, ideal for all major barbell exercises, including squats, flat bench press, and incline bench press. The equipment includes rubber-coated weight plates for the barbell, a rack with dumbbells from 4 to 26 kg plus a pair of 36 kg, kettlebells of various sizes, and a T-bar row attachment.
For bodyweight training, there are pull-up bars, parallel bars for dips, rings suspended from the structure, and mats dedicated to mobility, stretching, and yoga.
Functional equipment includes battle ropes, a target and medicine balls, a training hammer (sledgehammer), and a rowing machine. The space is completed by rubber flooring that allows every exercise to be performed safely.
